Terms of Service:
All artwork is copyright to me (tokalasart). Please read these terms before ordering a commission. By commissioning me, you are aware and agreeing to these terms.
GENERAL
-I reserve the right to decline any commission that I'm not comfortable with
-I reserve the right to charge extra for any changes that were not stated in your description or ref sheet.
-You must give a clear reference image of your character(s) that shows the full body and all markings/accessories.

PAYMENT/REFUNDING
-Payment in EUR currency, through Paypal if not via VGen
-If via VGen according to VGens procedure
-Must receive full payment upon ordering
-If you decide to cancel the commission before I have started, you will receive a full refund.
-No refunds will be given if I have already finished your commission.
-Partial refunds can be given if I have already started the sketching stage and beyond.
-If you file a chargeback against me on PayPal, you will be blacklisted and I will post your name publicly for people to beware of, and all rights to the artwork will be taken from you.

COPYRIGHT
-You're allowed to publish your commission over any website.
-The commissioner has permission to print the artwork for personal use.
-The commissioner CANNOT trace, sell, resell or make any profit using the artwork.
-As an artist, I retain the copyright of the artwork and any commission artworks. This allows me to publish it in any platform to promote myself.
It will be considered a Copyright Infringement if you ignore anything stated on this Copyrights Policy, but not limited to:
1) Remove my watermarks or signatures
2) Alter the artwork without my consent.
3) Use it for commercial use without my consent to gain profit base on it.
-If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you have to the drawing will be retracted, you will be blacklisted
-It takes me a few weeks or so to complete a commission depending on how big it is or how many commissions I have in my to-do list at the time. I will always keep you updated during the process, and let you know if it will take longer.

- Animals
- Pets
- Fantasy creatures
- Furries
( I am willing to try humans, but I lack experience!)
If you want something I don't have in my examples, feel free to ask me about it!
I will not draw NSFW, heavy gore, fetishized stuff or anything offensive in subject matter
